It is during the Pre-construction stage of the project that the decisions which ultimately determine the outcome of a project are made.

We provide Estimating, Project Scheduling, and Procurement to satisfy the needs of the project. In the construction stage we control the job site to achieve concepts and objectives mutually established during the pre-construction stage. We maintain a complete staff at the job site supervising and directing subcontractors; coordinating inspection programs; monitor and control progress; conduct project meetings; and comply with safety regulations. The transition from construction to actual use in the post-construction phase is monitored to insure orderly project closeout, and conducting quality inspection and schedule direct building turnover.
