Alvarez Construction Company started building in Cella Gardens in 2017 and has since sold all but five homesites. Each home is designed and will be available for move-in this Spring.

This community has one and two-story homes starting at 1,600 square feet with three or four bedrooms. There are five available homes in Ironwood Estates that feature the Canna floor plan. 

This is the newest of the three communities and the smallest as well. Villas at White Oak includes just 39 homesites with a single entrance and exit for added privacy. 

Located in south Baton Rouge, a home is Villas at White Oak places residents within minutes of dining and shopping on O’Neal Lane with a convenient escape back home. There are seven homes left with Acacia, Mapleleaf, Spoonbill, and Yew floor plans starting at 1,860 square feet.

Currently, an average 30-year fixed mortgage rate is available at 2.85 percent. And although there is no real way to know how these numbers will change, experts expect mortgage rates to start rising again. Homes in each of these three communities are also eligible for 100 percent financing through USDA Rural Development Loans.
