Banessa Petty, Online Sales Counselor
With over six years at Alvarez Construction, Banessa moved up from Officer Coordinator, to a role in Human Resources and now works as one of our talented Online Sales Counselors. Her passion for people grows every day as she hears their excitement for a new home and learns about every unique journey. She helps new homeowners find the community that fits their needs—which she is especially familiar with, since her family lives in an Alvarez community. Banessa’s favorite floor plan is the English Oak because of the luxurious features like a butler’s area, office area and an overall roomy layout.
Leslie Beaton, Online Sales Counselor
Leslie has been with Alvarez for almost a year as part of the online sales counseling team. After years as an administrative assistant, homemaker and volunteer, her desire to help people led her to a career in sales. Her favorite part of being an Online Sales Counselor is the rewarding feeling that comes along with helping customers find their dream home. She is keen to Deer Trail in Bedico Creek, because she loves the community’s amenities, floor plans and location. Leslie enjoys interacting with potential customers every day, and always hears them say that Alvarez homes have lots of included extras that they don’t typically see when visiting other builders.
Faisal Muhammad, Sales Manager
Faisal joined the team almost two years ago as a Sales Manager. Prior to working at Alvarez, he attended Southeastern Louisiana and worked in the car business. The highlight of his job is seeing homeowners’ dreams come true by helping them purchase a home. Faisal’s favorite community is The Settlement on Shoe Creek (which he happens to manage) because it’s within walking distance or close proximity to everything you might need and has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere.
Scott Hornak, Sales Manager
After over a year with Alvarez Construction, Scott is the Sales Manager for Villas at White Oak, Willows at Bayou Fountain, Fieldstone Park and Oak Colony. He has over 14 years of experience in new home sales, thanks to a passion for helping people find their dream homes. While he thinks every Alvarez community is great, with nice locations and intelligent design, his favorite floor plan is The Reed—the smart layout makes each of the three bedrooms feel like a primary suite. Scott believes the ease of the buying process, including luxury options and wonderful pricing is what truly sets us apart from other area builders.
Rick Berry, Sales Manager
After several years in new home sales roles in another state, Rick did general real estate sales in Louisiana before starting at Alvarez. As a Sales Manager, he gets to meet with potential buyers to discuss what they’re looking for in a new home—and then he helps them find it! His favorite community is currently Parks at Water Oak, because it has an amazing location with nearby amenities, ideal homesites and awesome floor plans. Rick appreciates the company’s constant attention to detail when developing, designing and building communities for future homeowners.
Patrick Hood, Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, Patrick is currently overseeing the Woodstock Park community. His role allows him to help families find their dream Alvarez home and make memories for years to come. Prior to joining the homebuilding industry, he worked as an equipment manager for the Louisiana State football team and the Saints before starting his career in sales. Talking with customers and working alongside a talented team makes his job worthwhile. Patrick is impartial to his Woodstock Park community, mostly due to its location—it’s just a short bike ride away from his alma mater, LSU!
Alyssa Dino, Sales Manager
Alyssa recently joined Alvarez Construction as a Sales Manager, where she’s currently overseeing The Sanctuary at Juban Crossing and Bedico Creek - Deer Trail. She previously worked for another area builder, but her still-continuing career as a wedding planner really helped her develop a passion for helping make people’s dreams come true. She loves working alongside her team to create the best experience for every customer. Alyssa is especially fond of the Bedico community, due to the ideal location, beautiful surroundings, amenities and walking trails.
Holden Robert, Sales Manager
Holden joined Alvarez with an already-existing passion for the homebuilding industry, thanks to his mother’s long-term career with another area builder. As a Sales Manager, he oversees the South Creek community and helps future homeowners find their dream home. His favorite Alavrez floor plan is the Hornbeam, because of its stately appearance on the exterior and the spacious layout on the inside. Holden believes the luxury options offered in our homes is what truly sets Alvarez Construction apart from its competitors.
Chance Vitrano, Homes Sales Associate
Chance recently joined Alvarez Construction as a Home Sales Associate, which means he works tirelessly to help homebuyers find their perfect floor plan and community. Prior to his career here, he earned a degree in culinary arts and worked in the wedding and event industry—which honed in his desire to work with a company that delivers an amazing product with exceptional customer service. One of Chance's favorite things about his job is working with first-time homebuyers to make their journey a positive, memorable one.
