The Alvarez Community Newsletter
Historically-low interest rates and increased flexibility around commuting have allowed Baton Rouge families to move into their dream homes ahead of schedule this year. And in order to keep up with the demand, Alvarez Construction Company launched a handful of new communities from Central to Zachary with the same smart and healthy technology homeowners have come to expect in nearly 30 years of building.
While we are thrilled with the developments we have made, we also know you are busy and do not have time to read every social media post or blog we publish with news from around Baton Rouge. That is why we are launching an Alvarez Community Newsletter that will land in your inbox on the first Friday of each month with curated updates from around the company. The first one is out now and the second will arrive on November 6.
Each email will start with a short introduction that highlights the month’s top storyline or another piece of content we think you will enjoy. The first will include an explanation of the new format for the recipients that also missed this blog.
For the past few months, our team has been working on improving our video library with short tours of new properties and maintenance guides for current homeowners. These are all available on the Alvarez Construction Company YouTube channel and several have been updated around the website as well. One of these will serve as the next section of the newsletter.
Then we will take a few lines to provide a quick update on communities we close out or statistics related to community outreach we provide through partnerships with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Wheels to Succeed.
Next, we will link to a recent blog that might interest you like our staff profile on Shyro Poullard who serves as a Customer Care Representative. These will be educational or entertaining content from our team that hopefully continue to personalize our work long after you close on your home.
And finally, we will dedicate the end of the newsletter to a single community that is entirely new or entering a new phase of construction. Look here if you are planning to move within the next year or two, but are not quite ready to make the jump. This section is included to reward our readers with a semi-exclusive look at the latest developments in and around Baton Rouge.
Overall, we are hoping that this newsletter will make you feel like a valued member of the Alvarez community and offer some valuable homeowner tips along the way.
