Fieldstone Park is Bringing Modern Farmhouse to Baton Rouge
The Modern Farmhouse home design continues to appeal to homebuyers around the country. There’s a comfortable “down home” feeling to this upscale rustic design. Alvarez Construction Company is excited to announce that we’re launching a new community of single-family homes that reflect this style. Fieldstone Park is bringing Modern Farmhouse to Baton Rouge this spring.
We chose a scenic and central location to develop our newest neighborhood, just off Staring Lane, not far from Perkins Rowe, Mall of Louisiana, and Kenilworth BREC Park. We’re going to build only 91 homes here, so the community will maintain familiarity and friendliness among the families. We’re adding a private park where kids can play with their friends, and two lakes with green spaces. Our vision is a quiet, happy haven within the beautiful city of Baton Rouge—close to parks, good schools, and quality healthcare (Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Baton Rouge General).
Alvarez Construction Company has also planned Fieldstone Park as a gated community, for more privacy and safety. We’ll incorporate sidewalks so you can safely enjoy your walk around the neighborhood. We’ve just finalized the Modern Farmhouse floor plans for Fieldstone Park. Starting at $230,000, these 6 new home designs are available exclusively in our new community, and give you a range of styles and sizes, from 1,789 to 2,311 square feet, with ranch and 2-story choices. For example, The Cumberland is a single-level home with 1,812 square feet of interior living space. The 10-foot ceilings enhance the openness of the open concept. The split floor plan positions the master suite apart from the secondary bedrooms, giving you added privacy—along with luxury features like a garden tub in the master bath where you can enjoy a nice, long soak.
The Vershire is the largest floor plan in our Modern Farmhouse Collection. The exterior is distinguished by the friendly elegance of the pillared front porch. Inside, you have 2,311 square feet that incorporates 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite is situated on the first floor with 2 secondary bedrooms, and the fourth bedroom occupies the second floor. With its own full bath, the upstairs works well as a second suite but could also be great as a rec room, home office, media space, or hobby studio.
