We just underwent a major change in our online presence. We’re proud to present the new home search made simple. Check out our new website!
Our goal was to improve the customer experience. We simplified the navigation so you can quickly find what you’re looking for, like homes that are move-in ready right now, the communities where we build, and an easy-to-use mortgage calculator to see how a home’s price translates into a monthly payment. You can review our builder’s warranty coverage, browse our galleries of photos and wander through virtual tours of Alvarez Construction Company’s homes.
We’ve added a Build Smart section to our new website so you can learn more about what goes into a home that combines key features for smart technology and healthy living.
Click over to “Healthy Homes”, and you’ll learn about indoor air quality. Did you know that the air you breathe inside your home contains far more pollutants and allergens than the air outside? The airtight seal that protects your home from wasting energy also keeps everything inside. Alvarez Construction solves this problem by incorporating an air filtration system in all of our homes. We also install a MERV 16 air filter, which offers a higher degree of filtration than those commonly used in today’s homes. In fact, the MERV 16 is the filter used in hospitals where clean air is critical.
Our Healthy Homes page also offers information about energy-saving features that also enhance comfort. A tankless water heater uses less electricity, provides a more reliable supply of hot water, and lasts twice as long as a conventional water heater.
We’ve also put more emphasis on building “Smart Homes”. Smart technology can be used to make life easier—like adjusting your thermostat when you’re away from home—and keep your family safe. Our homes include a smart home security system that includes a security camera. Like the rest of the smart technology, you can monitor it from anywhere.
Our newest Smart Homes advance is the Whirlpool SmartRange. A standard feature in our new construction homes, this appliance lets you control the oven remotely. Get it pre-heating while you’re on the way home. You can also use the voice command to tell your oven what to do when your hands are too busy to push buttons.The SmartRange lets you set up multiple instructions at once and even pre-program settings for frozen food. With this technology and a brand new kitchen, cooking will become more fun than ever.
