Villas at White Oak now selling
Building new homes in Baton Rouge is kind of our bread and butter at Alvarez Construction Company. And we could not be more pleased to do it again with the Villas at White Oak, which is now selling.
Located on the eastern side of the state capitol on George O’Neal Road, the Villas at White Oak is an Alvarez Construction Company exclusively built community. There are a single entrance and exit with a conservative 39 homesites. The community is arranged in a “T” shape that ends with a small community lake with sidewalks lining both sides of the street.
A new look
Homes in the Villas at White Oak will start in the hight $200’s with a mixture of modern style and traditional architecture. That includes gas lanterns on the front of the house and painted brick exteriors unique to the eight new floor plans.
Each home will also include Alvarez’s signature Build Smart features that raise the bar for smart, healthy and energy-efficient living in Baton Rouge.
The Acacia is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom open floor plan with an added office. The living room is the center of this home with a gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook to your left and master’s suite in the back right. The other two bedrooms are in the front right corner of the house with a private entrance through the garage and bathroom across the hall.
The Ash offers a few changes, switching the master suite to the left and kitchen to the right and then placing the dining area at the back of the home. This allows for easy year-round entertaining with the dining room and breakfast nook looking out to the courtyard style back porch. The Ash has three bedrooms, two bathrooms.
The Aspen follows the Ash with the entryway opening to the living room, office to the left and secondary bedrooms to the right. The utility room shifts toward the garage and private entry for a convenient mudroom. This plan also has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Balsam is more similar to the Acacia again with the addition of columns out front. The bedrooms are aligned on the right side of the home past the private entrance with the kitchen and office on the left. This is also a three-bedroom, two-bathroom plan.
A third bathroom adds some separation to the Catalpa plan splitting the second and third bedrooms. One sits under the master suite on the left and the other is on the right making for an easy multigenerational option with private bathrooms down the hall.
The Cottonwood adds some flexibility with a fourth bedroom on the right-hand side giving you the option to use all three as designed, or redesignate one as an office or playroom. Two bedrooms are secluded down the hallway from the garage with a bathroom between them and one is on the left opening directly to the living room.
A third bathroom and deeper set living room give the Hemlock some extra privacy, splitting it into four main quadrants beyond the living and dining rooms. Two bedrooms on each side give it balance with the kitchen on the right side.
And finally, the Larch is the largest of the floor plans in this series with four bedrooms and three bathrooms measuring 1,069 square feet. Each member of the family should have plenty of room to work and play with a little added bonus of an expanded master suite for you.
