About a month ago, Alvarez Construction Company announced the launch of Fieldstone Park, a new community of single-family homes coming to Baton Rouge. Well, it’s not coming anymore. It’s here! Will you be among the first to live in Fieldstone Park? Reservations are now being accepted.
The community will eventually encompass 91 homes, each one built to the high standards for design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that goes into every Alvarez Construction Company home. In this first phase, we’re offering 46 homesites. Many of these yards will back up to tree-lined green spaces, adding to your privacy. Another area of Fieldstone Park offers lake views, so no matter where you choose, your back yard will give you a scenic space.
We’ve created the Modern Farmhouse floor plans, a series of 6 home designs that adds a contemporary twist to the classic rustic style—and available ONLY in Fieldstone Park. If you’ve enjoyed the work of Joanna Gaines, this look is a perfect fit!
