Alvarez Construction Earns Homebuyers’ Choice Awards
Customer satisfaction has always been our priority. We’re not in the business of building homes, but in contributing to futures. Jairo Alvarez was committed to doing more than customers expected—because he believed they deserved more. So, we are very pleased that customers have recognized our efforts. Alvarez Construction Company was named a finalist in the 2019 Homebuyers Choice Awards, thanks to their praise—and the only builder in the entire state of Louisiana to rank this high!
Eliant presents these honors every year, based on the results of 128,200 surveys of recent homebuyers. For more than 34 years, the customer experience management firm has sought to identify the top performers across a range of categories. This year’s surveys represents customers of 156 homebuilders across the United States.
The builders are divided into groups, according to the volume of homes they build. Alvarez Construction Company has grown so much—thanks to our customers—that we are included in “Large Volume”. Regardless of how many homes we build, we make sure that every single customer gets our full attention!
Our team’s hard work placed us in the top 10 for three key categories:
- Design Experience Award: Large Volume. Homebuyers appreciated the ease and enjoyment of working through their design choices. As part of our design and building process, we work closely with every customer in the Alvarez Construction Company Design Center, from choosing the community, homesite, and floor plan to every detail that makes their home truly unique.
- First Year Quality Award: Large Volume. This award represents feedback from homebuyers in their first year of ownership. This is a critical time, when they move in and experience every detail and function of the home. The “First Year Quality” is also a reflection of our response to warranty issues, and the low number of those claims. Building the home is only the start of our relationship with the homeowner. We take pride in making sure their investment in us gives them a lasting return.
- Most Improved Builder Award (2017 vs 2018). There’s always room for improvement, right? The Alvarez Construction Company team welcomes feedback from our customers, so we can keep growing in the right way. It’s such a pleasure to know that our homeowners have noticed our desire to keep getting better!
