After you sign on the dotted line, you'll schedule an appointment to meet with our New Home Design Specialist at our design center. Tracie will walk you through choosing from a selection of stunning flooring options, cabinetry, backsplash and countertop finishes, fireplace surrounds, paint colors, and hardware to turn your floor plan into your dream home! During this appointment, you will be guided in making the decisions that best fit your budget and your lifestyle.
